Don’t buy Zara jeans from os. Mine were faulty and no one is interested. Zara is not an international store. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Can someone help me ?
I recently travelled overseas and purchased Jeans in Barcelona Spain.Two weeks later, four wears later, there was a hole in the back of the jeans.
I was very embarrassed.
I tried to return them to the store in Austria
The manager said that I needed to return them to Zara in Barcelona. If Zara is an International Brand and the jeans were obviously faulty, why can’t you replace them? I corresponded with customer service over faulty goods and no satisfaction.
Is Zara an international company? and
What do they do with faulty products?
I only wanted another pair of Jeans.
I am very disappointed with my shopping experience with Zara. I never imagined that I would have any trouble asking for an exchange of faulty goods, as I did in Austria.

El servicio de entrega a domicilio es lamentable. En Santander trabajan con GLS ASM. Mi pedido lleva una semana de retraso, no han intentado la entrega y me llama ahora el transportista y me dice que vaya yo a por el pedido o me espere otros 7 días, ¿qué tomadura de pelo es esta? ¿Es de recibo que una empresa como Zara trabaje así? ¿En qué me facilita a mi mi compra la tienda online si tengo que ir a un polígono a por el pedido y esperar 15 días para tener el producto en mi poder ?
