Sometimes I am still amazed by how far I have come. The same time last year I took the picture on the left, and was so proud of how much I had lost in the first 2 months of my journey! ⁣
⁣
1 year and 2 months later and I honestly still can't believe it sometimes. ⁣
⁣
Why? You may ask... ⁣
Well because I am FAR from perfect.  Somedays I eat a couple marshmallows oreos (*caugh* today *caugh*) and somedays I don't give my all during my workouts. ⁣
⁣
So of course I always assume the worst and think that I will see no progress. ⁣
⁣
My journey may not be perfect, but it's consistent. I mess up and am slacking some days, but I am never forgetting when I started. ⁣
⁣
And this right here is why!

  • Hi guys! I've been MIA a lot lately, but I've still been going to the gym! I haven't had the best diet recently, but I'm trying to get back to it. I stared working 3:30am-9:15am, as well as getting 2 hours in at the gym 5 days a week, too! I also just moved, so things have been super hectic.

Massive weight loss from my client @nsnip3rz who has worked hard at my 12 week challenges and got the results hes after.

Foods alot healthier, trainings alot easier and your able to push through alot more then day 1 my brother. You couldn’t get those lunges at the start but now we are smashing them out and getting stronger by the day.

  • Control The Controllable!

Successful dieting is made up of a number of different elements, primarily....
.
FOOD/DRINK
EXERCISE
REST
STRESS
.
For optimal dieting (as in achieving the best results you are capable of) you need to have all 4 of these under control, but sometimes that just isn't possible.
.
The irony though is that for most people, if they are on a diet, managing to get the first three boxed off actually raises their stress levels and kicks the 4th one out of bed.
.
For your diet to be a success and to ensure it delivers results you need to concentrate on achieving 3 of the above 4 elements each day.
.
So if you are faced with an uncontrollable situation where you can't manage your food one day, simply ensure that you get some exercise in and plenty of rest and most importantly DO NOT STRESS over not getting the food right, that way you will have nailed 3 of the required elements.
.
Conversely if one day you are unable to control your planned exercise then don't stress it, make sure your food is on point, get a good sleep and DO NOT STRESS over not doing your exercise.
.
You can't control everything, and if you stress too much over not being able to control the first 3 then by default you raise your stress levels and that now means that 2 of the 4 have failed you.
.
So chill. It's a journey. Aim for all 4 elements every day, but if you don't manage it then accept it for what it is and try again tomorrow. You can only control the controllable. .
And controlling your stress levels when dieting is AS IMPORTANT as controlling your actual diet.

But see here, messier hair, redder face. 🤷‍♀️Slight pose change yeah to maximise all my features in a single (split-frame) photo buy heyyyy this is a cardio before and after photo . Completely unintentional that you see leg gains, promise.

How’s my cardio going? Pretty rubbish tbh. I’m looking for some additional ways to shake tings up because I am bored AF of doing 2,000 steps on the stair master every morning. Top tips welcome. I think I might be opting for sprints tomorrow or skipping cardio and jumping on the morning workout hyyyyyyype. Thoughtssss???

Not because people were mean but because they wanted to protect me from disapointment. The result was quite the opposide, I was disapointed in myself all the time and felt like I needed to prove myself.⁣
