  • Today is a new day ✨☀️✨

Yesterday I shared it was the hardest day of my pregnancy by far. .
Last night, I made sure I said some positive affirmations to help me get out of that negative mindset. .
I really was not expecting to go over my due date and had not prepared for pregnancy 40 weeks plus!!!
.
Today, I feel in a much better space. I had a nice visit from my mama, and I’ve been helping ladies get started on their journeys.
. 
Now, I am also getting myself back on track reviewing my nutritional videos and working through my workbook. .
Nutrition is so important for feeling good inside and out. Being pregnant, I’ve allowed myself more treats and can definitely feel the difference in how my body responds to the junk and also how it affects my mindset.

    .
    Yesterday I shared it was the hardest day of my pregnancy by far. .
    Last night, I made sure I said some positive affirmations to help me get out of that negative mindset. .

Moze moja metamorfoza nie jest jakaś spektakularna ale dla mnie to jest niebo a ziemia.
Ale od początku : nigdy nie byłam gruba! W pierwszej ciąży przytyłam 14 kg a w drugiej tylko 10.Waga po porodzie szybko spadła gdyż karmienie piersią i nieprzespane noce "wysysaly" 😉ze mnie wszystko. Gdy 2 synek mial już 7 miesięcy i spał lepiej przytylo mi się troszkę i wtedy natrafiłam na ewke. Zaczęłam robić turbo spalanie i skalpel z YouTube i schudlam z 63 do 58 w ciągu okolo 2 miesięcy ale bez stosowania żadnej diety. Potem były święta i przestałam ćwiczyć. Nastepnie po drodze chodziłam na crossfit, na trampoliny na Metafit, biegałam, czasami ćwiczyłam z Ewka ale niesystematycznie i nigdy moje ćwiczenia nie były połączone ze zdrowym odżywianiem. Raz cwiczylam 3 razy w tyg innym razem zaś tylko raz i przy okazji zarlam jak świnka 🐽 efektów praktycznie żadnych. Jak schudlam kilo czy dwa to zaraz to wracalo. Wkurzalam się że ćwiczę a efektów nie ma. 
Mąż mi przypominał że jak chce schudnąć to mam wrócić do Ewki gdyż tylko jej treningi na mnie działają i tak też postanowiłam 24.03.19 potem wyzwanie missionbeachbody pojawiło się 7.04 więc bez zastanowienia podjęłam się ale tym razem wykupilam @bediet i beactivetv i tak 26 maja ukończyłam wyzwanie z wagą 55 kg. Dietę przedluzylam i cały czas ćwiczę 5-6 razy w tygodniu z @tvbeactive . Walczę dalej gdyż to dopiero początek mojej przygody ze zdrowym, sportowym i szczesliwym stylem życia. Nigdy nie miałam jeszcze tyle siły i energii.czuje sie zajebiscie! 💪A co najważniejsze podobam się sobie! To wszystko ma teraz sens. W końcu polaczylam treningi ze zdrowym odzywianiem gdyż jak to Ewka mówi 70% to zdrowe odżywianie a 30% to treningi. Nic dodać nic ująć!

I wish I had someone tell me that it was possible to break out of a binging cycle but in a way that would resonate with me and my mental battle, not just from a physical perspective, but a mental health perspective.

I think what resonates with people is seeing someone go through exactly what they are, and triumph. I know that when I look at a really ‘fit’ trainer with years of experience and knowledge - I feel like I’m never going to get there. But, if I take the correct actions, take TIME to educate myself and trust in the process, I will get there.

This is the same when it comes to binge eating and overeating in general. We feel like we’ll never get there. We’ll never lose weight and we’ll just stay as we are. I’m here to tell you, it is possible, because I have done it. BUT, it wasn’t easy, that’s why I am here to make it easier for YOU.

I’ve made all the mistakes, but I’ve learnt from them ten fold. Binge eating is when you either feel the need to eat everything available or what you desire because you may not get it again. You tend to starve yourself for a long period of the day and then eat way over your normal calorie intake later. It’s not healthy and it’s not going to make you happy. Guilt is a major counterpart of binge eating. You feel guilty for eating everything, so you starve yourself but then you’re so hungry or think you’ve been ‘good’ so you binge again. It’s a tumultuous cycle and I battled with it for years. I’m not 100% ‘cured’ because of course I have those thoughts some times, but I’m definitely at a place where I can make the choice to NOT go down that road.

When overcoming binge eating, I like to stop, reassess how my body was actually feeling, think about why I was feeling the way I was feeling and actively make the better choice. No, this is not easy, but the once you do it 1 time, it’s easier every time after that.

Creating habits is what helps you change. So, start eating consistently throughout the day, this will help you create a better relationship with food and feel satiated and not starved.

I been taking pictures on and off for the past 2 years to see my process on loosing weight I started eating so what clean lol I sign up for a gym membership and decided to do thi at my own pace. Yes 2 years it’s a long time but it’s possible to see results. I was the person that wanted to lose weight in a short time and I would get discouraged when I didn’t see the results and I would always go back to my old weight but I started slowly this time I don’t ear clean every day but I don’t eat the same way I used to, I drink a lot more water, I enjoy going to the gym 💪🏼 (weird coming from someone That hates to exercise)and the most important thing I learn to love my self and my body I’m not were I want to be yet but I’m proud of how far I have come❤️

  • MOTIVATION MONDAY! Today is the start of another beautiful week. Today is officially one week into my 30 day challenge and I am in need of some motivation. Going through old pics always does the trick for me because it shows me how far I’ve come and it gets me excited on what more I know I can do. The pic on the left I was over 350 pounds and never cared what I put in my mouth. I went to Disneyland that day and all day I was worried whether I could fit on the rides and I even researched what rides were plus-size friendly because I knew that some rides might not close all the way. Instead of enjoying the day carelessly I was on my phone trying to figure out if I was ok to go on a certain ride. I was also a huge binge eater and sometimes it got to the point where I wouldn’t even remember what I ate in one day because I would just keep stuffing myself. No lie I could consume over 3,000 calories in one day and not feel sick because to me it was a regular day. The pic on the left I’m in my 230’s and feel great! I still have to watch myself because the inner binge-eater in me wants to come out at times, I’m human, it happens but I have to really remind myself to not fall back into my old pattern because it did nothing good for me. I still have a long way to go but everyday is a step closer. If you’re contemplating on when to start a new journey why not today? Let’s kick obesity’s ass and be the best version of ourselves!! I went to Disneyland that day and all day I was worried whether I could fit on the rides and I even researched what rides were plus-size friendly because I knew that some rides might not close all the way. Instead of enjoying the day carelessly I was on my phone trying to figure out if I was ok to go on a certain ride. I was also a huge binge eater and sometimes it got to the point where I wouldn’t even remember what I ate in one day because I would just keep stuffing myself. No lie I could consume over 3,000 calories in one day and not feel sick because to me it was a regular day. The pic on the left I’m in my 230’s and feel great! I still have to watch myself because the inner binge-eater in me wants to come out at times, I’m human, it happens but I have to really remind myself to not fall back into my old pattern because it did nothing good for me. I still have a long way to go but everyday is a step closer. If you’re contemplating on when to start a new journey why not today? Let’s kick obesity’s ass and be the best version of ourselves!!
