- White Sands National Monument was so much fun and such a unique place. The sand was cool to the touch (great for our dogs) and the boys loved sledding down the dunes.
Also, the #KOA staff in Alamogordo were so fantastic and kind. We had a few RV maintenance questions they were able to help us troubleshoot and they made great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The #KOA is pretty basic with all the regular amenities but the staff made it one of our favorite places to stay.
- Honey awaits our next adventure!❤️
- Did you know there are beaches in Pensacola Beach where my mom and I can go together?? There are TWO different beaches like that! And we went two days in a row!! On Sunday we went early in the day so there were only a couple of dog friends but on Monday we went in the afternoon and there were SO MANY FRIENDS! Big ones that were afraid of me (it’s like they couldn’t see how short I am or how much my tail was wagging) and small dogs that barked like they were big dogs (I have to admit, I was impressed)...so many dogs! Some of us were all in the water, swimming and fetching toys while others of us were enjoying the sun and shade on the beach. Mom waded out into the waves and held me so I could get wet and cool off but I wasn’t a fan. I’d rather park it under the umbrella and just watch the waves. RV beach life suits me. 🐶⛱☀️ #bestdayever
