Finalement le fait maison ne prends pas nécessairement beaucoup de temps et est tellement plus gratifiant que de déballer un paquet de biscuits ou trancher une brioche industrielle! .
Ces petites merveilles ne manquent pas de saveurs et sont : ✅ sans sucres raffinés ajoutés,
✅ sans matière grasse ajoutée,
✅sans gluten 
Et nécessitent moins de 10mn en temps de préparation :
. ⏩Recette pour une dizaine de cupcakes 🍨
. 🌟1 banane mûre 🌟2 oeufs 🌟50g de flocons d'avoine complets 🌟35g de farine de sarrasin 🌟25g de whey saveur vanille 🌟2/3 d'un sachet de levure chimique 🌟1,5 càc de graines de chia 🌟8 gouttes de flavdrop vanille ou 1 gousse de vanille 🌟100g de yaourt soja vanille, ou fromage blanc 🌟framboises .
▶️Réduire la banane en purée, ajouter l'ensemble des ingrédients sauf les framboises et mélanger jusqu'à obtenir une texture homogène ▶️ Verser dans des moules à cupcakes ou moules à muffins, déposer 2~3 framboises par cupcake.

Four préchauffé 180° 🕕 25 mn . .

  • Failure isn’t all bad, you live and you learn! And when you get to live with some of the greatest people who have helped build you up to what you are today that’s success in my book! Although we didn’t finish the @kokoda_challenge we got a fat portion of it done dropping out at 78kms due to injuries causing me to have  a hard even walking. I was definitely a little over confident going into it as a first timer, but I’ll be back to take the bull by the horns and make this challenge my bitch! Thank you @joriento @wren.may @jarred.03 for putting up with my shit once again! 🤘🏼💯
  • Failure isn’t all bad, you live and you learn! And when you get to live with some of the greatest people who have helped build you up to what you are today that’s success in my book! The chickpeas are cooked with parsley, paprika, cumin, and turmeric, pepper and the yams are seasoned the same way, then roasted at 375F for about 45 mins flipping halfway through with a bit of avocado or olive oil. Served with grilled corn and veggies (broccoli, kale and purple cabbage).
Green goddess dressing:
1 cup fresh parsley / I also add some cilantro 
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup water (and more to get consistency you want)
2 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp tamari 
1 Tbsp lemon
1 clove garlic
.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and serve with your veggie bowl. #bestofvegan

Ingredients
1/2 cup sweet white rice flour
1/2 cup blanced almond flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
1/4 cup potato starch
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 cup plant milk
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Thinly sliced assorted veggies (like kimchi, carrots, garlic, perilla leaves, chives, onions, green onions, peppers)
.
Method
Add vinegar to plant milk and set aside. Mix all other ingredients (except veggies) together and then add plant milk. Stir with whisk--the batter will seem pretty thick.  In a non-stick pan, add a little oil and let it sit over medium high heat for a few minutes (to get hot). Then throw on a few sliced up veggies so they sizzle. Add a ladle-ful of batter which will ooze around the veggies that you already placed. Lower heat to medium. Let the batter cook just like a regular pancake. Flip when one side is fully cooked and remove from pan when both sides are cooked. Serve with dressing (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, maple syrup, Korean pepper powder, and toasted sesame seeds). #bestofvegan

  • #realtalk !!! Me this week 🤪... MONDAY: yes!! I’m feeling super lean, I’ve made a ton of progress, what I’m doing is working 
TUESDAY: I feel kinda puffy. I look the same as I did 2 years ago — I’m digressing. 😡 
WEDNESDAY: feeling lean 🙌
THURSDAY: feeling bloated. Did my muscles get smaller overnight?
FRIDAY: feeling pretty lean and strong 💪 
Can anyone else relate?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ There are SOOO many factors that come into play with all of this. 
1. How much sleep you got 
2. What you ate that day
3. Stress level 
4. Water retention 
5. Attitude
6. If you drank carbonated drinks or used a lot of artificial sweeteners 
7. Certain time of the month (for women) 😉 
My point of all this?! Don’t get discouraged. Be patient with yourself. Try to recognize what you did the day before that made a difference with the bloating/water retention.
