- Finally got my under the sea collection! It only took over a week for the order to ship. I love the eyeshadow palette! The colors are beautiful and full of pigmentation! However the eye glaze was depressing. It’s really dry and flakes everywhere. The colors are beautiful but again they are very messy. The lip blush is lightweight and beautiful. It’s almost fully transfer prof and one of my favorite formulas! The lipsticks are really creamy However the color choices will not fit all skin tones .

This isn't my usual Sunday meal prep post as we are on holidays.... so here is the meal prep I completed on Thursday night for our trip to the Gold Coast ✈️ .
We took this food onboard with us as we had the best part of a full day of travel (breakfast, lunch and lots of snacks!) 😆
The 2 x sets of circle containers (blue & pink) have 'Eatrite' rice crackers, sultanas and dried blueberries and 'Health Attack' freeze dried mango - which my girls love! 👯♀️
And I compiled the kale salad with roast veggies into two portions for my hubby and I 😋

- Mobbing ist sch***e! ❌ Heute möchte ich mal ein Thema ansprechen, dass mir ganz besonders am Herzen liegt. Denn immer wieder bekommt man mit, dass Personen gemobbt werden, sei es direkt Face-to-face im Alltag oder - nochmal feiger - im Internet via Cybermobbing. Beides geht einfach gar nicht!🙅🏼♀️ Häufig bedenken die Täter dabei gar nicht, welch großen Schaden und Schmerz sie den Opfern dabei zufügen - für sie ist das oftmals nur Spaß. Doch die Schäden können langfristig sein und die Person auf ewig begleiten und beeinflussen!☝🏼 Was ich euch damit sagen möchte: seid freundlich! 💚Man muss nicht mit jedem best friends sein, doch jemanden fertig zu machen - meist auch nur aus komplett unnötigen Gründen, weil dessen Nase einem nicht passt - ist einfach das allerletzte. Ruft euch immer wieder ins Gedächtnis: wie würde es euch dabei gehen? 🤔 Denkt einfach mal immer wieder daran und achtet auf eure Mitmenschen! Und ganz wichtig: schaut nicht weg, wenn ihr mitbekommt, dass eine Person gemobbt wird! Ein Freund kann einem eine unglaublich große Stütze in dieser Situation sein! 💛

- Heyy lovley people!! I’m so sorry for not posting at all but i’m on vacation in Greece on Crete island as you probably know 🇬🇷🇬🇷 I’m having such an awesome time with my parents and couple of boys who i met here 🤫 They don’t speak polish but they speak english very well so..
Also i wanted to let you know that it’s ok to take a break from “eating clean” and regular exercising. Two weeks of rest won’t change much - I promise. Of course your muscles won’t look as full as usual bc your body won’t storage glycogen in them, but as soon as you do a good workout your muscles be as they usually are.
What about diet? Just stick to 50/50 rule. 50% healthy 50% whatever you want! For example for lunch i like to eat pasta/pizza and a side of big salad with fresh veg.
BALANCE IS THE KEY! Enjoy your holidays chicks 💓💓
