  • Happy Sunday lovelies! At the end of the week I like to reflect on my goals 🌟 ⁣

I woke up before 8 almost every day this week! I actually have been feeling less tired and sleeping way better since starting to wake up at the same time every morning! I also have been doing my PT exercises and am noticing improvement in my form on my deadlifts/squats! As for spending time outside, it got a little hot this week (over 100!!) so I didn’t get as much outside time as I would like.⁣

This week I am off to Vegas to look for apartments next year! I’ll miss a few workouts but that’s life people 🤷🏼‍♀️ What are you up to this week?⁣

Improving your time management, including working on making informed choices in relation to your schedule, is a key factor to successfully completing your workload.

3. Delegate (if you can)
Are there any aspects of day-to-day routine that you can delegate to one of your team members? If so, it may free up some time you can use to focus on your main tasks, instead of wasting valuable time.
