Guten Mittag liebe Foodies! Ist es bei euch auch so krass heiß wie bei mir? Das Termometer zeigt 28°C an, ich schmelze!😩 Und die Schoki oben auf dem Bild auch, da musste ich sie schnell essen!😁
Wo? ⇨ im Einzelpack eigentlich in jedem Supermarkt vorne an der Kasse

Fazit? ⇨
Das @batonikduplo Chocnut ist mit einer Haselnuss-Creme und drei Haselnüssen gefüllt, sowie mit einer Waffel und Milchschokolade überzogen. Die Haselnuss Creme erinnert sehr stark an die vom Kinder Bueno. Insgesamt gibt es zwischen zwischen dem Kinder Bueno und Duplo Chocnut für mich persönlich geschmacklich keinen Unterschied, bis auf die Haselnüsse im Chocnut. Ich kaufe das Duplo Chocnut des Öfteren und werde es auch in Zukunft ab und zu in den Einkaufswagen flitzen lassen.😁

You plop in front of the TV and before you know it, you're mindlessly snacking.

By the time you catch yourself, you've already had some pretzels, cookies, popcorn and chocolate.

There goes the whole day, right?

Absolutely-the-fuck-not.

When you get too deep into the lifestyle of tracking every morsel of food that passes your lips, you begin to get a little obsessive.
-
Eventually you're seeking out only the most optimal way to eat in order to get the fastest results.
-
These little snacking episodes will take a bigger toll on you mentally than they ever will physically.
-
Listen, 400 calories really isn't that much.
-
Is it less than ideal to go over your calorie intake by 400? Of course. But life is anything BUT ideal.
-
The more important thing to do here is identify why you decided to dive into the snacks after a long day.
-
Was it stress? Boredom? Or just an old habit? What was the trigger that caused you to turn to food when you weren't even hungry?
-
Identifying triggers and the reasons you overeat is one of the most powerful things to practice because it allows you to get to the ROOT of the issue.
-
These behaviors need changed and replaced, and no diet will be able to do that, because food isn't the reason behind them.

Be mindful of these learning opportunities and use them to get more in tune with your own body!

Hier était un grand jour car... j’ai signé la promesse de vente pour le local de @urbangreener.paris !!! Je n’ai pas de mots pour décrire mon émotion 😍 Bon.. il faut encore que les banques acceptent mon crédit et ça c’est une grande bataille, mais je reste assez confiante ! 🍀 Loi de l’attraction n’est-ce-pas ?

Je garde l’adresse encore secrète, mais ce que je peux vous donner comme indice : c’est que ce sera le premier restaurant vegan d’un quartier emblématique de Paris ! 🎉

I can’t describe how much I feel happy, blessed and excited 😍
Nothing is done as I have to obtain the credit bank but I feel confident so... fingers crossed 🍀

I keep the secret for a while about the address, but here a lil clue : it’s gonna be the first vegan restaurant of one of the most amazing place in Paris ! 🎉

Ingredients (5-6 pancakes):
120 g chickpea flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
80-100 ml water
1 small zucchini
80 g corn, cooked
5 dried tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil), chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
✨
Method: Grate zucchini and generous sprinkle with salt, set aside. Mix chickpea flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the water until well combined. Lightly press the grated zucchini to remove part of the liquid. Add the zucchini together with the corn, tomatoes, olive oil and herbs to the batter. Let the batter rest for 15 min. Heat up a little of olive oil in a large pan. Fry pancakes from both sides until golden brown.

5 Tbsp unsweetened soy yogurt 
1 Tbsp tahini 
1 Tbsp lemon juice 
½ tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp maple syrup 
Salt & pepper to taste
