  • TRÉNINK HÝŽDÍ VE TŘECH DIMENZÍCH!

O hýžďových svalech (G. Maximus🍑, Medius🍑, Minimus🍑)a jejich důležitosti často mluvíme. Je jim věnován i samostatný seminář s názvem ZADNÍ ŘETĚZEC.  Rádi bychom tuto problematiku opět trochu obohatit.

Pokud přeskočíme nutnost nauky izolovaných pohybových vzorů, jakým je např. kyčelní extenze a dostaneme se do fáze, kdy se zlepší síla, je třeba začít přemýšlet komplexněji.

Pokud se podíváme anatomicky na Gluteus maximus (Velký hýžďový sval), uvidíme, že orientace jeho vláken je ideální ke kyčelní extenzi, vnější rotaci a abdukci = to je ta zmiňovaná funkce svalu ve třech dimenzích.

Většina cviků se ale zaměřuje pouze na extenzi a vnější rotaci, tedy využívají pouze dvě dimenze. Existují ale i cviky, které pracují s extenzí, vnější rotací a abdukcí zároveň.

Jedním z takových cviků je Single Leg Dead Lift s Rip Trainerem. Single Leg Dead Lift sám o sobě pracuje s kyčelní extenzí. Pokud stojíme na jedné noze, tělo nás nutí aktivovat abduktory a právě přidáním Rip Traineru který v základu táhne (při správném nastavení) klienta do vnitřní rotace, zapojíme do celého pohybu vnější rotátory kyčle a získáme onu „třetí dimenzi“.

  • 💥CHEST STRETCHES💥
Your chest muscles or Pecs (short for pectoralis major/minor) are some of the bigger and stronger muscles of the upper body 💪. This also means means they can have a tendency to get tight or stiff ☹️. Tightness of these muscles can negatively impact shoulder mobility and posture.

Stretching these muscles can help offset some of the negative effects of chest muscles, decreasing pain and improving performance👍. It also feels great after chest day 😁💯

1️⃣TRX CHEST STRETCHES- using a trx or suspension trainer, hold the handles and step forward stretching your arms away from your body. You can vary your arm position from the T position to the Y and I positions to target different fibers of the Pecs. 
2️⃣DOORWAY PEC STRETCH - standing in a doorway put your elbow and forearm on the door frame and rotate your body the other direction. Change the angle of your arm to target different muscle fibers.

A BROTHA exceeded self expeditions today 🙌🏻. After last minute YEETIN off 2 weeks off my intensity block to fit a testing day next week before holiday, I jumped from 90kg last week to these bois 😂. Coach also threw me a cheeky unexpected PB double curveball of my old 1RM. They was tough but yesssir; bit by bit, fat boi making some little gains. Thanks to OS brothers for the support.   • I’m a huge believer in making PreHab exercises apart of every workout. It’s important to keep all your muscles happy, healthy and strong! Not just the major muscle groups. •
Here are some of my favorite Shoulder PreHabs
•
-If you are new to the Plate Ws start on the floor so you can keep your elbows anchored, then work toward standing against a wall.
-With the kneeling Halos, keep head and torso still! Only your arms should move and the kettle bell should orbit at eye level.
