  • Thanks @womenshealthuk for sharing the correct way to do a lateral raise. I see this exercise done incorrectly on most days. I can’t stress enough,  how important it is to use correct form and technique whilst working out. To prevent injury, but mostly to work the correct muscles. Try three sets of 10-12 reps 💪🏻

  • Instant bust lift with this chest squeeze exercise 💪🏻 For the first time in my life I have big boobies, thanks to little Oscar 🤱 
I am enjoying my new shapely figure, however I am wondering what will happen to them when I stop breastfeeding 🤷🏼‍♀️
Over the years,  female clients have often asked me “how can you keep your bust lifted?” Well there is surgery, but I don’t recommend that. I am not saying that these chest exercises will all of a sudden give you perky boobs, but they definitely will help firm your pectoral muscles.

Weighted squat on the bosu ball is one of my favourite exercises. It challenges your core, stability, balance  and strength. It works all those stabilizer  muscles that we often forget about. 
Three sets of 10-12 reps
I am #14weekspostpartum so keeping the weight light with 5 pound in each hand.
