People asking me how they can lose weight is by far the most common question I receive. โฃ
All it takes is three lifestyle changes โ†™๏ธโฃ
1. Being more active making sure youโ€™re walking/moving as much a possible throughout the day to burn calories ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปโฃ
2. Get into a good routine at the gym, pushing yourself 4/5 times a week. โฃ
Any method of training is beneficial for weight loss ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปโฃ
3. The most important of all three NUTRITION. Over consuming even if youโ€™re being super active and training regularly wonโ€™t lead to successful weight loss results. Tracking your calorie consumption is your best bet... but simply cutting down on the rubbish (including alcohol) finding healthier alternative or reducing your portion sizes might just do the trick.โฃ

You donโ€™t need to be taking an supplements or pills to lose weight. You just need to be smart with your nutrition, committed to your training and more active on a day to day basis. โฃ

  • Had a great experience on Monday with @skynetball @skysports watching @englandnetball ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ beat Jamaica live ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ I was massively impressed with how skilful and fit the girls were. I didnโ€™t realise netball was so intense. So Iโ€™ll certainly be watching more netball and getting behind the @englandnetball team ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ@skysportsnetball.

2. Front rack step ups - 10reps each side 
3. Bench Hip thrusters - 2sets of 10reps 30sec Rest inbetween. 
Complete 3rounds donโ€™t stop! 
2. Deadlift - Descending pyramid 10reps 8reps 6reps 4reps increasing the weight each time reaching 120kg (4sets in total) 
3. Barbell squats - Same as the above reaching 100kg ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ

You can either go for 40seconds work 20seconds rests performing one exercise after the next completing 5 3rounds (27minutes) or smash a TABATA. Workout 20secs on 10seconds off x8 per exercise before moving on to the next exercise (36minutes) ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅโ†™๏ธ
