Q: What does it include?
A: The 12 week glute guide is a glute building/toning program that focuses on two intense leg/glute workouts per week of training & the program is gym based using common gym equipment. I also emphasize doing a cardio/ high intensity interval training regime as well. It also includes my Healthy Eats Ebook at no additional cost. It will cover or define the following: flexible dieting (you do not have to follow this to get results), macronutrients as well as micronutrients, protein/fat/carb intake, the importance of fiber and how much is recommended to consume daily, how to calculate your caloric intake based on your fitness goals (caloric deficit, maintenance, caloric surplus), and finally a sample grocery list (good sources of lean protein, carbs, fats, and beverages to drink). It also includes BONUS content which covers the following: 17 tasty & efficient protein packed meals, easy portion control method, suggested supplements, and more!

Q: How will I know how to do the workouts?
A: There are videos that accompany each workout so you can fully understand the proper form and have a visual representation for each exercise. These videos are embedded into the program itself. Simply click the play button above each workout and enter the password located on the introduction page of the pdf.

  • You’re over complicating it. I can tell you the “secret” to getting fit & maintaining a balanced diet, but it won’t satisfy you because on a subconscious level you want the answer to be difficult. The pain of a restrictive diet or an excessive workout regime can bring you pleasure. You feel you deserve it because of the way you look or what “mistake” you have made in the past. It is punishment and a form of self sabotage.

Once you can’t keep up you will quit & “confirm” your preexisting beliefs. This will satisfy you intrinsically whether you believe it or not... “See! I can never lose weight.” “There has to be something wrong with my body because I’ve tried everything.” “It’s easy for everyone else!” Not only can you find pleasure in the initial pain, but later you can find pleasure in pitying yourself when your efforts appear to be in vain. Mind you they were unhealthy and unsustainable to begin with (it had nothing to do with you being a failure). It is a vicious cycle, but it is possible to break.

You can break the cycle by giving yourself grace and coming to know the truth. It is not wrong to eat foods that many label as “off limits” or inherently “bad.” It is not wrong if you need to take a few days off to recover or tend to other responsibilities. It is not wrong to trust that you are able to make healthy decisions.

Release all of the judgements you have placed on yourself. Begin to live from a place of authority. You have control over your food not the other way around. Recognize there are other areas of life outside of fitness that are to be enjoyed. Now remind yourself of this daily...don’t wait to be free tomorrow, be free today.

  • [Total Body Burn🔥] It’s been awhile since I shared a gym workout with you, but trust me I still do my gym workouts😉. You’re going to loveee this one I did with the beautiful @georgina_rothschild ❤️ Let’s go!!

💪🏼[4x10-12 step up with bicep curl]. Make sure you are doing this amount of reps on both sides! You can add a kickback in as well to make it more challenging.
💪🏼[4x20 hip thrust with plate] Be sure to fully squeeze at the top of movement. You can add a band above your knees as well if you would like.
💪🏼[4x10 squat with around the world] Please alternate the direction in which you do the around the world.
💪🏼[4x10 reverse lunge with rotation] Make sure to do 10 reps on each side (20 lunges total for each set).
💪🏼[3x10 side squat on bosu ball with knee raise and twist] If you need to make this a bit easier you can remove the bosu ball.
