🔴High cable fly (mind muscle connection warm up. Light weight to get the blood pumping)
✔4 sets x 20,20,15,15
✔45 secs rest
🔴 Incline smith machine chest press
✔5 sets x 15,15,12,12
✔1 drop set x 10 reps- take off about 20 to 25% then go to failure.
✔60 to 75 secs rest
🔴 Incline dumbbell press
✔4x15,15,12,12
✔60 to 75 secs rest
🔴Incline hammer strength chest press
✔4x 10,10,8,8
All reps hold pause for 2 count. As In video
✔60 secs rest
🔴High cable press
✔4x 5 slow negatives then go to failure..increase weight each set.
