  • Yooooo, how good was #dlbdaily back day yesterday?!!!! So good I forgot to post this. Lots of good tips in this one. Make sure you watch yesterday Exclusive #dlbdaily video if you missed it.

  • Want something that just kicks ya in the d***.... here you go. Both pause squats and of course jumping squats help to work on explosive power, and just completely wreck you. I’ve never been very good with being an explosive lifter. Being a bodybuilder everything has always been slow, controlled, and focusing on contraction. So my pause squats aren’t super explosive, but at least the jumping will help that. -
Try this little set out on your next leg day OR if you are following the #DLBdaily this was on yesterday’s workout.

  • So here’s a go little shoulder set for all you huge delt fans: 1️⃣ Standing DB High Pull- reason I’m calling it a high pull instead of upright row is that it is more of a power move with hinging at the hips and using legs to power it up. 2️⃣ Incline Facing DB Lateral Raise- this I kinda stumbled into myself. I have done lateral raise sitting on a incline bench, which changes the angle you are pulling from and also gives you more range of motion, not mention adding a bench makes it a little harder because you no longer have your legs to help. Now I decided to flip around and try it the other way much like you would do a rear delt fly, and it felt amazing. By laying face forward on incline you make it a little bit harder by taking you legs out of the equation to really isolate your shoulders. Biggest thing to watch for is to not get this confused with rear delt fly. The path of the Dumbbells should still like a lateral raise from your side to to your shoulder in a lateral direction (like your flapping your wings). The dumbbells will be slightly in front of you at the start because of the angle of your body, which is fine because that will hit part of your rear delts too. This is super isolating so stay light, you can’t muscle these up. Stay strict!

We made these FNF TEK performance release with our guys in mind....however, just so happens to look great on guys and girls...so #sorrynotsorry guys but we just look good in your clothes too. What ours is ours, and what’s yours is ours too!!! Lol.
