Whether I do cardio before or after training is dependent on how I feel when walking into the gym. If I feel like using it as a warm up I will. If I’d rather use it as a cool down after my workout and preserve maximum energy for the workout itself I’ll do it after. 
No wrong answer either way as long as it gets done once per day ✅

  • I don’t always have caffeine coming directly from a Preworkout before I Lift...for example today I had black coffee, then drank some @1upnutrition BCAAs, L-Carnitine, & Pure Rebuild to make it a complete “pre-workout” formula. 
I’m not a caffeine junkie so if you’re not either I’d highly recommend giving this combo a try. 🙏🏼
