  • Living life in a bikini is better πŸ‰ 
I haven't always felt comfortable in a bikini.. not at all! When I was younger all the girls in my school coveted a very skinny look and a thigh gap was in! I would wish I was skinnier and I wasn't! I wasn't fat by any means but I wasn't skinny.... I was athletic! Even back then when I didn't train weights. Athletic certainly wasn't in! 
So what's changed? I would say that now I just don't give two f#@ks what people think and if they don't like it don't look! I can get the odd comment from people about my athletic shape and quite frankly they can be very rude. I guess some people just didn't get educated about manners πŸ˜‰ My friends ask me how it makes me feel and I just say that to be honest I don't care of their opinion of me because once they've insulted me I wouldn't value their opinion anyway 😁

  • Booty gains! 
I've built this booty with not one banded workout. Not one awkward 'duck' or 'crab' walk on a treadmill or whatever the hell that it's called πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I've picked up heavy shit up and put it back down again. Sometimes I feel  people get so wrapped up in the cute 'insta' workout ideas that they they forget about the fundamentals!  Do your squats, do your press, do you deadlifts do your lunges and then maybe supplement with some band work etc. But please don't do those stupid ass treadmill workouts! They were invented for the gram by people who have no idea how to grow muscle. My beaut @hayleymadiganfitness
and I are forever battling against the shitty workout ideas that are floating around Instagram as we get alot of girls messaging us saying their butts aren't growing after following banded and treadmill workouts for 6 months plus. You can definitely see an improvement in 6 months if you are lifting proper weights and doing the right exercises!

I did this with 7 years of banded workouts..... nahhhh kidding!! I actually lifted heavy shit up and put it down again. I did this twice a week for my glutes for 7 consecutive years. Sometimes on insta the images and the promises of what you can achieve really frustrate me! You won't grow a big butt in 6 months with weight less workouts. Yes do banded workouts and fancy glute exercises .....but don't forget the fundamentals! Deads, squats, lunges! This is what I do. And make it challenging! After all, no one ever wrote a song about a flat ass.
