  • My routine.. On my way to the gym I like to listen to a Joe Rogan podcast. Smack some @trueprotein Pre workout 💥 then rip the nuts off the session. Post workout shake consists of WPI (50g) endurance carbs (50g) Creatine (10g) Glutamine (10g). What’s your fav Joe Rogan episode I need a fresh banger..?
