I spent way too long hesitating whether or not I should do a bicep curl or train my chest because I didn’t want to make myself appear too bulky. I thank my lucky stars I pushed those thoughts aside and focused on my upper just as much as I do for my lower body. That’s why it was really important for the @toneandsculptapp to have an equal amount of upper and lower body days! Don’t feel scared! Just do it for you. 
METHOD:

1️⃣ SUPERSET: Front raise 10 Reps into upright row 10 Reps 3 sets

2️⃣ SUPERSET: Bicep curl 10 Reps into Shoulder press 10 Reps 
3️⃣ SUPERSET: Chest Press 10 Reps into Skull Crushers 10 Reps 3 Sets 
4️⃣ COMPLEX: Weighted leg raises 10 reps into 8 single leg raises each leg 3 sets

I’ve been hitting legs hard lately. I’ve got this boost of motivation and keeping on track, sticking to my plan and just DOING THIS FOR ME. Trying out some new routines for something exciting 👀 cough cough.

METHOD:

1️⃣ COMPLEX: deep sumo squat into sumo deadlifts 8 reps each 4 sets 
2️⃣ SUPERSET: frog pumps 12 reps into single leg hip-thrust 10 reps each leg 3 sets 
3️⃣ Split Squat: 12 Reps 3 Sets each leg 
4️⃣ Ball Curls: 20 Reps 3 Sets 
SONG: Contra La Pared

  • Let me share a few thoughts. I remember 5 years ago I was so heart broken from a break up and personal life that I honestly thought there was no going back. Emotions got the better of me and I guess I was at a really low point.

I remember when I first stepped foot into a gym, I signed up and never went back. I was paranoid and scared of not knowing what to do. 2 months later, I went back and got stuck right in. Was I intimidated… yes. Was I scared…yes. Did I feel like I was so out of place… YES. But I kept reminding myself why I initially started. I started to do this for me and only me. 
I honestly felt like so many things in my life where letting me down that I couldn’t be yet another contribution. 
Fitness saved me. It saved me mentally and physically. It made me stronger, when I thought I didn’t have it in me. It showed me that I was able to achieve when I truly believed I couldn’t. 
You see, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and my mental ability to push through the dark points in my life. To keep going because I knew It was going to make me better and better than my past. 
Creating the @toneandsculptapp and seeing all these incredible women push through the hurt, the let downs, the difficult times and over come any challenge that they face is THEE most rewarding gift I could ever dreamt of. 
So, life is hard and there will be difficult days. But, find that inner strength to keep your head held high and always remember to DO THIS FOR YOU

METHOD: ⏹ Perform each slide (exercise) for 1 minute long with NO rest between exercises. 2 minute rest between sets. 3 sets!

I seem to be travelling none stop lately for work (exciting and BIG new things coming) and for #toneandsculpt app. Literally cannot wait for you to see what’s in store 👀 in time in time. 
So that means working out has to fit around my schedule and what I’m able to do. Hotel gyms are so limited so full body workouts have become my best friend!

Give this a go!

METHOD:

1️⃣ Squat into Crunch 20 each side 
2️⃣ Reverse Lunge: 15 Reps each leg 
3️⃣ incline push up: 15 reps 
4️⃣ Reverse mountain climber: 15 Reps each side 
Perform each exercise one after the other with no rest. Repeat 3/4 times. 2 minute rest between each side.
