  • I Try to not eat anything with more than five ingredients, or ingredients I can't pronounce. That’s why I like to make my own when I’m at home or I only eat at @proteinhouse1.
Here my recipe :
Homemade Almond butter -4 cups of raw almonds -350 degree oven - add the almonds in the oven for 10min -Remove from the oven and wait cool down -Transfer to a food processor and this will take 15-20 min - first the almonds will look like almond flower , as stock to the sides stop the food processor blend all the almonds and start again .. go over and over doing it till it’s a cream . -if you are using vitamix blender may be faster than a food processor.
-Store in a storage container and keep in your refrigerator so it can be used for 30 days.

Portuguese :
Eu tento não como nada com mais de cinco ingredientes ou ingredientes que não posso pronunciar. É por isso que gosto de fazer o meu quando estou em casa ou só me alimento Na @proteinhouse1.
Aqui minha receita:

Pasta de amêndoa caseira
-4 xícaras de amêndoas cruas
Forno de -350 graus - adicione as amêndoas no forno por 10min
-Retire do forno e espere esfriar

  • The worst thing a woman can do is try too hard to do too much too soon -( i did that and i regretted)- if you do, you're likely to find yourself exhausted and discouraged and less likely to continue, and you'll wind up carrying that baby weight a lot longer. So be gentle with yourself, I don’t have babysitter or family around to help me , took me long time and I’m still trying to improve my body naturally only with diet and exercise. Sometimes is hard to sleep a full night, when this happens I take it slow and I don’t exercise. Do not compare yourself to nobody we all have different reality.

#8mesesposparto #natural

  • Everyone has heard the phrase “processed foods” by now, but many people don’t really know what life would be like without them. Here’s a hint: Your health, mood, and appearance will improve—dramatically!

Processed foods are chemical-laden, addictive foods usually sold in jars, boxes, and bags, and armies of well-paid food scientists make it their missions to come up with recipes that appeal to your taste buds, even if it means causing havoc to your health.
When you put processed foods into your body, not only are you choosing to fuel your body with nasty chemicals, you’re depriving it of the nutrients it needs.
Here is what happens when u stop eat processed food:
1-Headaches Won’t Hit You as Much
2-Weight Loss Will Be Much Easier
3-You’ll Be Happier with Your Hair
4-You’ll Have More Energy
5-You Won’t Have So Many Mood Swings
6-Your Skin Will Improve
7-You Won’t Age So Fast
8-Your Nails Will Get Stronger
9-Your Cravings Will Be Easier to Control
10-You’ll Actually Want to Work Out
11-Falling and Staying Asleep Will Be Easier
12-Some of Your Cellulite Will Fade
13-You’ll Have Improved Muscle Tone
14-Your Hormones Will Have Shot at Being Balanced
15-You Won’t Get So Sick So Often
16-Your Blood Sugar Will Stabilize
17-You Won’t Be So Constipated
18-You’ll Become More Savvy About Nutrition
19-Your Brain Will Buff Up
20-Your Eyes Will Brighten
21-You’ll Start to Hate Processed Foods

Once you get into a rhythm of healthy, clean eating, you’ll feel so good you won’t even want to go back to your old ways—and when you do on occasion, you’ll notice the dramatic shift in how your body feels.

  • Giving birth is no doubt the most rewarding thing a women can give in her life,& be proud at what she has created as they grow to a loving kind adult. ❤️🙏 Dar à luz é, sem dúvida, a coisa mais gratificante que uma mulher pode dar em sua vida, e ter orgulho do que ela criou à medida que ela se torne um adulto amoroso.❤️

  • Unfortunately our culture puts an unnecessary amount of pressure on women to bounce back quickly from pregnancy and having a baby. We are constantly bombarded with stories about celebrities who get their “body back” after baby and who sheds the weight fastest. I wish this wasn’t true of our society, but unfortunately it is. I was a professional athlete and never felt so week after my c- section , I’m 8 months postpartum and still struggling with my body. So all we can do is decide for ourselves that it’s more important for us to honor our bodies, trust our intuitions and block out the messages we receive from the multi-billion dollar diet & weight loss industry.
After 10 months of carrying another life, the postpartum body needs time to heal, even after you receive clearance from your doctor to get back out there again.
The good news is that my strength came back rather quickly. It took more time than I imagined, it took patience and it took work, but I hadn’t lost it. My body was simply recovering and tired.
Postpartum exercise is important to help you re-gain your strength and confidence. It’s also been proven to reduce the risk for postpartum depression, which for me, is quite motivating.
Here are a few important things to consider when returning to Exercise after pregnancy:
1. Do not resume exercise until you’ve received clearance from your doctor or midwife to do so.This is important. By returning too soon you can do more damage than good.
2.  Check yourself for Diastasis Recti before beginning a postpartum exercise routine.
3.Take it slow!
There is no rush! In fact, pushing your body too hard too fast will likely set you back in the long run. Start with gentle routines.
4. Pay attention to your pelvic floor.
Pilates is great because almost all of the exercises strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor.
5.Mind your posture
It’s natural and normal for your posture to change during pregnancy. It’s part of the beautiful process that is required to support an 8 lb human in your abdomen. Breastfeeding, bottle feeding and holding babies affects your posture as well. So be sure to incorporate exercises to strengthen the core and upper back.
