  • Lets talk cardio. It doesn’t have to be done on a piece of equipment, it doesn’t have to take up or even replace your training time. This took me 10 minutes.
It complimented what I trained today but also served as a form of cardio.
SWING | CLEAN | SQUAT | PRESS X 5 followed by 30 seconds rest (set a timer) complete 8-10x
My training session today consisted of:
back squats 4x6
Barbell rows 4x8
Leg press 6x10
Overhead press 4x8
Then I finished with the KB complex 
to re-tax the same muscles used in the squat, the overhead press and the barbell Row. @brentonallen_ has taught me to love kettlebell complexes for cardio.

  • Meet @jeri_fitncurvy featured transformation from the leg and glute guide 2.0. She grew 2.5 inches in her glutes! 🍑 😱

Here is what she had to say:

I am still in disbelief at my results! I keep starting at them and thinking there's no way that's me right now.. But IT IS!!! I could literally cry right now. I don't think I've ever looked and felt this good and confident in my life! I've always struggled with self confidence and accepting my body shape for what it is. I've always strived to be lean and skinny, but have been insecure with my lower body considering I'm "thick" and have big hips. I've never been happy with my legs or glutes... UNTIL NOW! 
Here are my before and after measurements. I was eating at a maintenence level so I could grow my Glutes and legs with muscle, but stay at the same weight, and paired with your program I did just that! My weight stayed the same at 144, my waist went down 1 inch, Thighs grew 1/2 and inch, and my Glutes grew 2.5 inches!!!! This is exactly what I was aiming for and I'm so happy right now!

  • Xander and I got a quick glute workout in from the Sweat with Noelle series. It’s amazing what kids will do 🥰 20 minutes, all you need is a heavy resistance band. Hit the glutes before your weekend activities. 40 seconds on | 20 seconds of rest for each exercise. Complete as a circuit 4x.

  • It’s been a second since I’ve shared my goals and where I am with them. Not my fitness my goals but life goals. In 2018 I set a goal to employee 5 single moms by the end of the year and although I didn’t quite achieve that I did employee 2 of them as well as my best friend and my new business partner. The other day as we were filming for this new Sweat with Noelle Series I took a second and realized a lot goes into making this happen. I have to find a babysitter, a location to shoot in and schedules have to match. That takes money and coordination. It hit me how grateful I am to have flexibility and means to make it all happen. But there are tooooo many parents out there that work jobs just to pay for daycare and their rent and then you are spent by the end of day to spend time with your children. Some parents are even out of the house before their children are awake. That breaks my heart. So I decided to set a new goal. This is a much much bigger goal but I’m giving myself 3 years.
I want to build a completely free daycare for working / college single parents. Somewhere fun and safe their children can be for free while they go to work or work on their education.
