  • I’ve got a lot of questions on yesterday’s story of the jeans I’m wearing here. I know being fit is one thing, creating curves is an amazing thing yet not easy to find a good jeans that doesn’t make your ass looking like a pancake..👽🥞. Most of my jeans’ come from Zara, basic collection. I absolutely don’t fit all their jeans but most of them. Number one thing I look at is feeling how stretchy they are, because no stretch = problem 🤐🍑. My measurements are: 160cm, 64kg and a size 36 always fits perfect for me. So for those who are complaining to not find any good jeans, I fit Zara so can you!😁👍🏼 I also made a youtube video on this - channel name: Savannah Prez

I like to superset my exercises because it’s more intense and it saves me a lot more time. I’m all about that quick but effective sessions😉. This workout hits primarly the shoulders but also your back and a light focus on biceps. -Save it, try it and don’t forget to ♥️.

  • Saying Hi to the heavy weights again😈 130KG for 4 reps. Sorry for the bad quality but it’s just a random clip of todays quad training. Now as you can see this sh*t isn’t going smooth..😅 I’m used to metabolic training which simply means higher repranges and obviously less weights too. I told you in my last story Q&A I’ll show you guys my one rep max for normal back squats. I’ll work towards it because I have simply no clue what I can push for only one rep as I always train with a minimum of 6 reps. Form can still improve but happy so far. Letssss do this!🔥 #mondaymotivation
