  • Fasted cardio done then ate 2 bananas and this is my post session state, so still on very little food. Pleased with how its coming on. Upper body looks almost there but hammies and glutes still holding a little. Just gotta keep going. Not long to go now

  • We were really pushed for time yesterday and had to really force ourselves to train. We started training at nearly 10pm as I cant be missing sessions at this point. .
Hamstring curls and sissy squats superset 20 on each 
Kickback and hyperext super set 20 on each
Glute bridge and leg ext super set 
Another kickback machine for 20 reps
then
Hip abductor machine for sets of 30 as stack wouldnt go any heavier.
Then did posing practice after 
Decent session in limited time. We really blasted through it quickly

  • Even when away in Benidorm the diet is on track and still dropping bf. All the pics you usually see of my poses are first thing in the am pre food, no pump etc. Safe to say I look a bit fuller after training and this is still without a carb up!! Hey I'm never aiming to be a top bodybuilder but I will throw everything at it as if I will be. You get out what you put in.

  • Looking at taking on a few more clients for a slightly different approach to what my normal coaching has been. This will be a few people that are just looking purely at an aesthetic point of view. .
Itll be 12 weeks of bb style workouts, diet guidelines to follow, supplement advice, weekly check ins and obviously just general advice through the whole process. .

  • Since its #flexfriday here are my 2 favourite poses. I felt they were actually my worst when I started my cut but have definitely got stronger as fat has dropped
