A couple of days ago had the blessing of training and sharing time with @jesicacirio one of the strongest voices of healthy living in Argentina! Many of you already knows this I’m Argentinian 🇦🇷 But I moved here to 🇺🇸 26 years ago! It’s been more than 15 years since the last time I visit Argentina, and we are starting conversations to create a fitness event there!

You know that feeling of your heart racing, or maybe your chest feels compressed like something is pushing on it and you cant breath? That’s that anxiety creeping in, your body reacting to stress. Its not even the middle of the week and we are feeling that anxiety, Luis and I get it in different forms, for me my left shoulder starts to tense up until I develop a huge knot & my stomach closes up & I can’t eat! So…HOW. TO. DEAL? There are quick ways, and there are some long term ways. Here are some tips I use for the quick ways:
-
1)Question your thought pattern; negative thoughts tend to be the root of the problem, they tend to distort the severity of the situation. So, challenge those thoughts, FEARS, step back and ask yourself if they are real, and see if you can take the control back. YOUR MIND controls your thoughts, you need to learn how to steer them into a positive place. 
2)Focused, deep breathing; you think I’m saying some nonsense here because you’ve heard this many times, but have you actually tried it? Try breathing in for 4 counts and breathe out for 4 counts for 5 minutes total. When you even out your breath, you’ll slow your heart rate which should help calm you down.
3)Aromatherapy; I love this technique and use it A LOT! Get some bath salts, oils, incense candle, or hell ALL OF THEM! Specifically; lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood can be very soothing. This helps activate certain receptors in your brain, potentially easing anxiety.
4)Go for a walk or do 15 minutes of yoga, meditation or an activity that triggers CALM in your brain; when those negative thoughts creep in sometimes, the best way to stop anxious thoughts is to walk away from the situation. And I’m not talking about NOT dealing with your situation but instead, to CHANNEL it in a different way. Taking some time to focus on your body and not your mind may help relieve your anxiety.
5)Write thoughts down; I know a lot of people who find this very calming, because this way you can organize your thoughts. Write down what’s making you anxious get it out of your head!

Sure we all have strong and weaker body parts, we have areas that might be more genetically gifted than others! And for the exact same reason you have to work your entire body in order to make it look and feel like everything is on point! Try this routine and let me know how it goes.
Here is the routine:

  • It’s not a secret that @Luisenriquepzia drives me crazy every day, (I mean he has asked me 5 questions while writing this caption🤦🏼‍♀) if you know us well you know what I mean 🤣 But the truth is I wouldn’t have it any other way. He has driven me to accomplish more in the past 4 and a half years that I have ever accomplished in my entire life (I’m not as young as you think guys 😅). He has taught me about discipline, business, how to train and how to eat to attain my goals, he has inspired me through his own accomplishments in his lifetime, he has opened my mind to new things, and taken me out of my comfort zone many, many MANY times. Which leads me to say, that without him
I wouldn’t be here typing this out, able to inspire others, really, through his teachings. I think one of the keys in a successful marriage and relationship, is really admiring your partner. ❤

So Miami installed squat racks and a few benches in the calisthenic park in Ocean Drive! It was super fun to train in the sand and outdoors! But very very hot! So if you guys wanna visit the location make sure to bring a cooler with fresh water! Maybe we can organize a meet up there babes what do you say?!
Here is the routine I did there! You only need a barbell, weights and a couple of bands! to get a great workout in!.
Here the routine:
Warm ups: 
3x1 min Banfed Side to side squat
Working sets:
6x10 Back Squat keep resting between sets below 1min.
3x20 banded kick backs (no rest)
4x15 (each leg) Reverse Lunges
Finisher:
3x1min banded squat to reverse lunge

I’m not a fan of labeling foods like clean, cheat or junk etc., but typing out a title saying “nutritionally balanced dessert” was a little too big and the main audience understands better clean eating and cheat meals. I’m calling this dessert a clean cheat simply because it will certainly satisfied your sweet tooth and the consistency come out like ice cream, but it will bring you a way more balanced macro nutrient intake instead of a regular dessert!

Everyone of us has a required amount of macronutrients to either lose weight, maintain or gain! When we apply flexible diet on ourselves the main goal is to hit those requirements for whatever goal you are chasing! A dessert like this makes your life way easier since it has a good presence of each macronutrient. When you eat the regular dessert you will be getting a fair amount of calories from sugar fats and carbs making you very difficult to set up your remaining meals to stay inside your daily requirements! So there... this is a nutritionally balanced dessert! Or a clean cheat 💁🏼‍♀️
